Dr. Anna Birn-Forys completed her Doctor of Medicine at the Medical University of Gdansk. Board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine and designated by the USCIS, she provides expert primary care and official immigration exams for the Chicago community.

Dr. Victor A. Forys, MD
With over 36 years of experience, Dr. Forys is a cornerstone of Northwest Chicago medicine. A graduate of the Medical Academy of Gdansk, he specializes in mandatory immigration medical exams and supports our diverse community in English, Polish, and Spanish.
